KeyGrabber Pico is an unbelievably small USB hardware keylogger created for situations where you need reliable, device-level input logging without installing any software. It is intended for authorized use—for example: internal IT audits, compliance verification, controlled lab testing, and troubleshooting keyboard / USB input issues on systems you own or manage.

Released in 2018, Pico is the sub-miniature evolution of our earlier USB hardware keyloggers: new hardware, the same well known logging engine, and the same goal—high compatibility in the smallest possible form factor. With a body size comparable to a USB cable plug, Pico is designed for environments where there is simply no room for compromises.

Pico works transparently for normal computer operation—no agents, no drivers, no background services required. When it is time to retrieve data, it switches into USB Mass Storage (Flash Drive) mode for fast download, which is a common and practical standard for professional hardware loggers.

To ensure dependable results in international environments, Pico supports a wide selection of national keyboard layouts (47 layouts available), including NumPad input.

The Pico WiFi line is equipped with a modern WiFi module (available as an option), offering remote access features such as WWW interface, real-time data access, Access Point mode, WiFi client mode, FTP backups and e-mail reports.

Compatibility note

Works with standard USB HID keyboards and HID devices that emulate a keyboard, including barcode scanners in “keyboard wedge” mode.

Important: some keyboards are not simple USB HID endpoints and include an integrated USB 2.0 High-Speed hub (480 Mbit/s) inside the keyboard (commonly found in certain Apple models and a few other hub-enabled designs). Such devices may not work correctly with this logger variant. For Apple/Mac-oriented setups, choose KeyGrabber MAC.
