Limited warranty

Order cancellation

Order cancellation must take place within 24 hours of the order, otherwise no refund will be possible. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, sent using the same address as while placing the order.

Refund policy

Refunds may be granted only in case of order cancellation, or when goods have arrived damaged, do not work as described, or fall within the manufacturers limited warranty. A refund may take up to 15 business days. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
