Shipping and handling
Within the U.S., goods are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Shipping and handling is free of charge for orders above $65, otherwise a flat rate of $2.99 applies to each order. A single order may contain up to 4 items. Please use the International Ordering Center for non U.S. orders.

CancellationOrder cancellation must take place within 24 hours of the order, otherwise no refund will be possible. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, sent using the same address as while placing the order.
WarrantyThe usage of all products here displayed must comply with the manufacturers guidelines, otherwise no liability will be assumed. All products have a warranty policy against manufacturer defects for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. The customer must cover shipping costs for returning the item. Defect items will be replaced, fixed, or refunded according to our refund policy.
RefundsRefunds may be granted only in case of order cancellation, or when goods have arrived damaged, do not work as described, or fall within the manufacturers limited warranty. A refund may take up to 15 business days. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
