Generally not. In most cases you need the KeyGrabber USB.

Can I retrieve logged data on a different computer than it was recorded?

Of course! KeyGrabber keyloggers are Operating System independent and store all their data in internal non-volatile memory.

Do you provide personal data of previous customers?

No. This data is confidential and used only for warranty purposes.

How long does shipping take? What is the mailing fee?

Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days in the USA and European Union, and 5-7 business days elsewhere. The standard mailing fee is $5.

What is the USB Download Accelerator?

Standard PS/2 keyloggers show recorded data by displaying a simple text menu, a slow and outdated technology. Besides this traditional solution, the KeyGrabber PS/2 comes with a special USB Download Accelerator, allowing to connect it to a USB port. The device will pop-up as a flash disk, giving instant access to the entire log.

Is hardware keylogging legal?

Technically speaking, you should contact a lawyer to get detailed information about the local laws, and the application for which you intend to use this device for. Generally it's permitted to monitor your own computer, meaning you can watch what your kids and family are typing on the computer.
